This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to 11:11 Website Studio are considered final and non-refundable. By purchasing digital products or booking services with 11:11 Website Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the terms detailed below.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
-All digital product purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, store credits, or redownloads once the files have been delivered.
-Customers are responsible for securely downloading and storing their purchased files.
2. STRATEGY CALLS
-Payments for strategy calls are non-refundable.
-Clients may request to reschedule their call one (1) time, provided that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given.
3. CUSTOM WEB DESIGN SERVICES
-A non-refundable deposit equal to thirty percent (30%) of the total project fee is required to secure your spot in our schedule. This deposit covers administrative preparation, time reserved in our calendar, and any advance materials provided.
-Clients may reschedule the project start date one (1) time, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ advance notice. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.
-Partial refunds are not provided should the client choose to discontinue the project after booking or after work has commenced.
-If the client fails to meet the agreed project timeline or becomes unresponsive, 11:11 Website Studio reserves the right to cancel the project. In such instances, no refund will be issued.
-Refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction with subjective aspects of the final deliverables, provided that work has been completed in accordance with the agreed-upon scope.
4. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
Clients are expected to communicate any concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Initiating a dispute without first contacting us directly at hello@1111websitestudio.com is considered a violation of this policy and may result in the forfeiture of access to purchased products or services.
5. FORCE MAJEURE
11:11 Website Studio is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations resulting from unforeseen events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, governmental restrictions, or emergency situations.
6. GOOD FAITH AND CLIENT COLLABORATION
We are committed to acting in good faith and collaborating with our clients to ensure a professional and respectful service experience. In the event of any unexpected issue, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter in alignment with this policy.
